1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and accessing the 816 Appliances LLC Solution Center platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 816 Appliances LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.

2. Platform Access

Access to the Platform is granted on a per-desk basis. One desk constitutes one login credential, usable across any number of devices by the registered account holder.

Each account is issued exclusively to the registered business and the individual desk holder. 816 Appliances LLC does not restrict credential sharing within your organization; however, any activity conducted under your account remains your sole responsibility.

3. Free Trial

Desk #1 is eligible for a free trial of 20 diagnosis cases, counted cumulatively from the date of registration. No payment is collected during the trial period. Upon reaching the 20th diagnosis, access to the Platform will be suspended until the first monthly charge of $80.00 is processed with your prior authorization. Additional desks are not eligible for a free trial and are billed at $25.00 per month from the date of registration.

4. Billing & Subscription

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis with no minimum contract period. Pricing is as follows:

• Desk #1 — $80.00 per month
• Each additional desk — $25.00 per month

By authorizing payment at the end of your free trial, you consent to automatic monthly billing on the same date each month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Refund Policy

A full refund of the first monthly charge may be requested within 24 hours of the initial billing date. All subsequent charges are final and non-refundable. To request a refund, contact 816 Appliances LLC at 816-384-9898 within the 24-hour window.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation may be initiated via the account settings page within the Platform. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which your account will be deactivated. 816 Appliances LLC reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account that violates these terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Platform, including but not limited to diagnostic instructors, guides, training materials, videos, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of 816 Appliances LLC. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided for informational and diagnostic guidance purposes only. 816 Appliances LLC makes no warranties regarding the accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. 816 Appliances LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kansas City, Missouri.

10. Changes to These Terms

816 Appliances LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
